About

Life in New Orleans gravitates towards a certain ideal of self-expression, identity and freedom. After a couple of stays in the city, beyond the “party town” clichés, have I discovered a place where chaotic mess and absolute tranquility coexist in a surprising way.

I learnt through the lens of my camera that people of New Orleans put on masks not to hide, but to reveal their inner selves, surface their deep voice and escape time, with a little help from the dead-ass cocktails sold on Bourbon Street.
